Over the past few weeks when I take Macchia for a walk, we are often followed by other dogs who seem to think I am taking them for a walk too.
Nelle ultime settimane, quando porto Macchia a fare una passeggiata, siamo spesso seguite da altri cani che sembrano di pensare che io li porti anche a fare una passeggiata.
A few weeks ago, a dog followed us all the way from San Faustino down the road towards Cornola and then it disappeared.
Qualche settimana fa, un cane ci ha seguito da San Faustino lungo la strada verso Cornola e poi è scomparso.
On Friday last week another dog followed us from Lava all the way home.
Venerdì scorso un altro cane ci ha seguito da Lava fino a casa.
I try to make these dogs go back home, but they seem to enjoy making friends with Macchia too much and walking along with us.
Cerco di far tornare a casa questi cani, ma sembra che si divertano troppo a fare amicizia con Macchia e camminare con noi.
This morning we didn't get followed by a dog... but three sheep who wouldn't leave us alone!
Stamattina non siamo state seguite da un cane ... ma tre pecore che non ci lasciavano stare!
Do you remember my post last week when I told you about how I don't like the Italian sheep very much? Well this morning reminded me why!
Ricordate il mio post della scorsa settimana quando vi ho parlato di come non mi piacciono molto le pecore italiane? Ebbene stamattina mi ha ricordato il perché!
I was walking with Macchia along the path and there were three sheep who were not inside the field but on the side of the path eating some grass. As Macchia and I walked past them, the sheep looked at us and stopped eating.
Stavo camminando con Macchia lungo il sentiero e c'erano tre pecore che non erano dentro il campo ma sul lato del sentiero che mangiavano dell'erba. Quando Macchia e io li oltrepassammo, le pecore ci guardarono e smisero di mangiare.
These three sheep then followed us along the path and wouldn't leave us alone. Even when I started to run with Macchia the sheep started to run behind us too!
Queste tre pecore poi ci hanno seguito lungo il sentiero e non ci hanno lasciato stare. Anche quando ho iniziato a correre con Macchia le pecore hanno iniziato a correre anche dietro di noi!
I'm just glad they didn't follow us all the way home!
Sono solo contenta che non ci abbiano seguito fino a casa!
Sorry, I still prefer the welsh sheep!
Scusa, preferisco ancora le pecore gallese!
